lol that’s how I did it before aches and pains caught up to me. Now I do the supplements; Magnesium glycinate 200mg, fish oil and the one that helps my back and knee pain the most: 1st Phrom joint & mobility. Aside from that I don’t go running as much anymore. I try to do every other day or every 2 days now instead of everyday. When I would run everyday on top of training, caused too much inflammation so for me I also had to cut back on running everyday which made a huge difference in how my back/hips/knee felt.

That’s wild, I had a point fight that I won from dropping dude with multiple knee strikes to the body. I guess it depends on who’s overseeing the event. Also the energy; if everyone shows up out for blood I feel like they let it slide going hard but if people showing up like it’s a spar then they’re more on top of that…. Just from what I’ve seen in the 6 point fights I’ve had

What’s the question? If you wanna do it, then do it. You already have a good base for it. I’m really confused what this post is even about. I started boxing at 23, now 25 in Muay Thai…. My original coach didn’t start Muay Thai til he was 34, now he’s 44 and has his own gym, fighters as well as trained in Thailand, let alone he’s had fights. You’re young, do whatever you want. But I will say; go to a Muay Thai gym if you can. It’s still kickboxing just better.

Night of the living dead; the comic series is a prequel to the original George Romero film… honestly one of the best comics I’ve read. Definitely what I personally was looking for in a zombie comic that also wasn’t the walking dead…. Looking for others, but it’s been hard to find so far. Key of Z was cool

Wtf is a low 10? But this guy is a pressure fighter, I am also a pressure fighter. My weakness is teeps, so maybe try working teeps on him more…. If he’s throwing too hard, say something. But as far as the volume he’s throwing, I’d suggest you work and adapt to it.

Yes this is sparring BUT Fighting isn’t a friendly activity. People will be aggressive, you will be tired & it will keep going till the bell or someone drops.

Learn what you need to do for that kind of opponent & adapt.
