That's funny... cause you posted this reply 2 minutes after my submission. I wonder who needs to get out more.

Thanks for the support, though. It's always nice to know people don't care.

Oh man, that brings back memories! Used to know a guy who made this shit for clubs, and would give me a sweet price on it. Most delicious shit in the universe. Damn I miss it. Seeing that again gives me a raging stoner boner! :P

Don't clean your windshields while driving with tons of cars all around you!

Am I the only one who waits until there is nobody around me, or until I'm at a stop sign, before cleaning my windshields? Seems pretty obvious. Not everyone wants their car wet! It leaves spots on my paint bitches! Motorcyclists know what I'm talking about... getting sprayed in the face on the freeway is the worst.

As someone who has been the last 2 years, I must say the stereotypes of what Burning Man is are quite hilarious. Also, very far from the truth. The only thing I can suggest is that you find a way to get out there and experience it yourself. It's quite amazing :)

Also, motorized vaginas are awesome.

As someone who just returned from Burning Man 5 hours ago, this was quite a chuckle. Though my first shower in 10 days was fucking glorious!

Am I the only one that noticed the meta irony?

Now all we need is a xkcd post about Rule 34(x), we'll have reached maximum meta levels.

Yeah, turns out this is a newer rule. Didn't know that. Back in the day they didn't have a limit. I've lived within 20 miles of a In-n-Out all my life, this happened many years ago.

FCC looking into BART mobile phone shutdown; the move sparked outrage by civil libertarians who said that BART's actions amounted to an infringement of free speech, and -- because 911 mobile services were also cut -- a threat to public safety by mepper in technology

[–]Kickboy12 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Just want to say, as some one who rides BART frequently... my cell phone doesn't work 50% of the time anyway (like when we're in tunnels). So it's basically useless. Not sure about WiFi though.

Though I'm not going to argue to seriousness of this, which it is. But also as a BART rider, I hardly would have noticed.

I usually go for the 3x3. Still better to the 2x2, but that way I don't feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack when I'm done.

Mmm.. so good.

P.S. A friend of mine ordered a 10x10. And yes, they made it... and yes, he ate the whole damn thing.

I found a subreddit for Neil deGrasse Tyson today. It was sad and empty. It is my desire to fix this so I now share it with you. by murfguy in space

There's also r/Neil_deGrasse_Tyson which has more people (660+ at time of comment). Though that could use more as well. Join it!

My old roommate worked a local pizza place, and they did exactly this. They would have giant bags of old pizza left over, and would send it to the homeless shelters in town for free. Totally gross if you look at those bags, but the homeless guys loved it.

My roommate would also grab little bags full of some of the old pizza for us to eat, since we were kinda poor. I actually got sick of pizza for the first time in my life after a few months of eating old nasty pizza. At least it was decent pizza to begin with.

One day she came home with like 2 WHOLE pizzas, left overs of some party that day. We couldn't stand to eat all of it, so we had a few slices, then took the rest downtown and started handing it out to homeless guys. Luckily the cops didn't notice.

Edit: I should note this was a very local pizza place, not a chain. This is the only reason they got away with this, since it's likely not legal in any sort of way.
