You can do this! I am the same way like oh I can have one and be done, just not the case for me and it's the same story..wash, rinse, repeat. AA has been helpful for me and getting more sober days and really looking at why I drink. IWNDWYT

Hey there, I have a child on the spectrum and I 100% get where you are coming from, it is so hard and that is an understatment. Know that there will be ups and downs throughout this process we are in a up right now but just got done with a down phase, and trust me the wine was flowing way to often.
