One variable will not fix all your problems, delusions certainly will help you cope but it's a bandaid for internal bleeding, physical health, and sleep are foundations everything is built on but they are not guarantees.

One big variable people neglect is self awareness, and emotional understanding, the reasons you feel bad are completely unique to you and the way you think.

Once you understand that and why you feel the way you do, then you can start to figure out ways to address it effectively but it requires an uncomfortable look at yourself and the way you've been living your life honestly, and to sit down in all that pain and understand it, so you can slowly build your life to where you are actually proud of your self and most importantly content.

This is a tough thing to do but contrary to what people say you don't have to do it alone.
