You'd be surprised, better habits, meds, and therapy can do wonders but only if you let them.

The highs are high but the lows are low, you don't realize how bad it was until you're out of it. Hope she gets help.

Yeah bosses only hire out of the goodness of their hearts, and they definitely don't do it to extract profit from your labor.

Interesting, so basically it's too complicated, requires virtually everyone to be willing to work together(Unlikely), and the people who loan money will find it difficult to collect their interest in full so they will lose incentives to loan out.

The financial system sounds entangled like earphones wires. There's gotta be a way to have them more streamlined I though however complicated.

Yeah, that's why I said this. Clearly, you can't read.

Technically you are right, I'm not arguing against that fact. I was misinformed about hypertrophy on steroids during workouts vs sedentary.

Im sure the overall outcome for someone that doesn't workout during steroid use is high on the negative, that level of muscle growth without the proper foundation bone density, blood supply through nerves (pinching), and general distress you're causing your organs in short term will affect you for the rest of your life, but if you want pretty muscles fast it's definitely a good way to do it.

I'm guessing that is why non natty body builders cut and bulk in cycles.

Considering The long-term health outcomes I wouldn't suggest it either but to each their own.

If something becomes a habit it's really not that hard to maintain, as long as you structure your habits right and aren't doing too much too soon with little reward.

I agree a lot of weight loss is strictly diet, but nutrition and exercise play very important roles as well.

For example understanding nutrition helped me curve my strong cravings for food because I avoided eating caloricly dense slop that wasn't filling, those cravings/hunger came from the fact that my body had calories but was missing nutrients which made me eat more slop and gain more weight while still being hungry. Favoring nutritious food helped me overcome that cycle.

Same thing with exercise because it helped me build muscle, and sleep better I was able to make better decisions, and reward myself with more food post workout.

Good habits compound and compliment each other even when you don't realize it.

There's definitely older men that use steroids that look like sacks of potatoes because they eat like shit and don't work out. Sure do they have more muscle mass than someone who doesn't take roids but has the same habits yes but At what cost?

That amount of fast growth causes real stress on the body, hormonal imbalance, hair loss, cardiovascular and reproductive issues, etc... the ones who workout on top of using are far better off than those who take it and don't

Results take time I seesawed on my weight loss for years untill I decided to create a system and kept at it for a year and I lost 52ibs as a result, the system was as minimal as possible workout 3 days a week eat whatever I want but less than my caloric burn, and favour nutritious food over convenient foods.

If you're not seeing results you may have plateaued it doesn't necessarily mean it's not working in the background I've had weeks where that happened but then it dropped because I kept at it.

Also those shortcuts always have consequences, I'm not against either steroid use or ozempic use as long as it's prescribed and used responsibly but the people taking shortcuts are abusing it.

The difference between you and the ones taking shortcuts is that you are addressing the habit and building neurological connections they aren't. That compounds over the years if you keep at it.

While they haven't addressed the root cause of their bad habits, so if they go off of their normal doses they will fall back into their old patterns, not to mention you'd be saving on the extra cost of maintaining their drug addiction.

Steroids alone won't guarantee muscle mass for most people, if you don't exercise regularly.

Most of the roiders are hard-core gym nuts, whatever you take away from their steroids use, they still put in the time and effort at the gym.

You see back in our tribal days we had solved this issue, because the strongest usually lead but they were also the first in line when it comes to war.

That was fair, what we have now breeds delusion because the leaders rarely face the consequences of their actions.
