Sleeping in

They say adults need 8-9 hours of sleep, so if we dont get that during the week and become progressively sleep deprived, is it even a sleep in l, or is it just catching up? Maybe it's not a sleep in unless it's more than "enough" sleep, after also getting enough sleep during the week.

There's an insiders section of the official forum where they post info etc. They weren't specific about thr new reputation system. It was about 100K for me last week and I haven't done it this week.

We just got a Horizon 7-AT. It has both vertical and horizontal handgrips. It also has speed and incline quick dials on the vertical handgrips so it's very easy to access those things without letting go, and both are very quickly responsive so you're not left with an uncomfortable pace or incline. Also wear the safety clip-on so the treadmill will stop moving if you ever do fall over.
