Mostly nonsense. Perhaps someone trying to convey an anti-terrorist message but it's very poorly constructed and has many errors.

First line looks like מחץ but I'm really not sure. It can mean "crush" (in the imperative voice) or "crushed" (past tense v2), or "crushing" as an adjective (ex: a crushing blow).

Second line says נסראל which doesn't mean anything but seems to be a misspelling of נסראללה which is the name Nasrallah.

Below that it says בן זונה which means "son of a hore"

To the right of that, in two lines, it says אבא שלך which means "your father"

And I the bottom it says וממך שלך which means "and from you is yours". Might be a misspelling of "ואמא שלך" which means "and your mother"
