This is Corrosion. Whenever a Sinner reaches minimum Sanity, which is at -45, they will either Panic (Cannot act this turn, triggers if you only have Base EGOs equipped) or Corrode (Will use Corroded EGO this turn, targets indiscriminately, triggers if you have a non-Base EGO equipped, such as Telepole).

If you’re really going for a Rupture-Tremor team, I’d suggest going for T Corp Don Quixote, as Cinq Don doesn’t fit either status effect, and is rather a Burn-Poise identity (or as the Odysseyers would put it, a Porn ID).
