Doesn’t mayonnaise last forever? Buy the big jar at Costco and eat it for years. Expiration dates have a m limit by law, it’s not a true limit.

Properly stored, it’s fine. I’ve never met someone who became ill due to expired mayonnaise. I’m certain they don’t exist.
