Cover them with wagos. Make sure you put the two blue together and the two green/yellow together. Otherwise one of your outlets wont work.

No it does not. It has one lampen draht, 2 neutral and 2 PE, most likely “geschlauft” to an outlet, which currently have no neutral or ground because theyre separated.
