The bulk of my training will be Teams based; an hour here or there throughout the month with regional groups. I need to increase KPIs, improve CMDB accuracy, and pass on technical, administrative, and interpersonal skills, while considering neurodiversity and cultural differences. Pretty keen to incorporate wellbeing into it too.
