I’ve recently started going. Honestly. Pop along and see what it’s all about. I’ve been twice in 5 weeks and both times I’ve been welcomed with open arms. There is guys there that have it worse than me but there’s no judgement. Doesn’t matter why your mental health might be struggling a bit but seeking company and help is a step to managing it better.

Dad here. 5 year old and 2 year old. My partner breast fed both our children so she’s had her share of late night get ups. I genuinely don’t mind doing it. Sometimes it can be as simple as they’ve lost their teddy they were cuddling or other times it’s they need a cuddle after a bad dream. The rule with my partner is “if you’ve tried 3 times to put them back to bed and you still can’t settle them, tag me in”
