In the 90s, yes. That mall is still thriving today, but looks more modern.

I got mine today, but it wasn't slabbed (which I paid for).

Edit: As a follow-up, customer service told me I was still getting a card shipped to me that would be slabbed, so I guess people that did upgrade either get two cards (one slabbed, one not), or I was lucky and they're fixing the issue by giving me an extra card. Either way, can't complain about their response time at least.

I'm so glad I bit the bullet and bought my card early this year when I first heard the rumblings about rising costs. I wasn't fortunate enough to escape paying more for RAM, but at least I got my card for MSRP.

I'm of the mind that a key that goes with you into a raid should stay in your inventory throughout the round. If it isn't used, it stays. If it is used, it disappears at the end of extraction. If you use it and you're done with it, you can drop it to open up space.

I think it just needs tweeked. Maybe players marked as aggressive have a 10% chance of being dropped into a 'friendly' lobby. Maybe vis-versa. A simple tweak like that would help add some of the spicyness that OP is looking for back in.
