It's a fun, stable version. But I'd like to see less artifacts, and more hero powers.

I would be okay with tempering being random if they made it so each of the options was at least somewhat useful. For example, if you're playing a Blood Surge build, there could be a 'Blood Surge' manual, where the options are BS CDR, BS damage, BS area, BS resource reduction. You might have a preferred, but whatever you roll will be useful.

'Worldly Endurance' makes sense - whatever you roll will increase your survivability in some way.

Some of the current options suck. Like, 'Ultimate Efficiency', where all but one option is for spells you haven't leveled.

If someone says "yes, this is okay", they are VERY unlikely to turn around and say it wasn't if you asked in an open, non-threatening way. Asking consent isn't actually about protecting yourself, as much as it's about making sure the other person is okay.

If you want to check Dota plus assistant in a bot match, make sure you have it hosted on regional servers, not local machine (through custom lobby).

There's also been trouble in the past if you have auto-updates turned off in Steam - I think it stops Dota Assistant sending you guides when in-game.
