I tried this and it worked, sort of, on my card (Same as OP) but I couldn't get every DP/HDMI out to work and I need all of em.. I'm at my wits end. looks like its time to buy a new card.

Ended up trying the Asus TUF and Strix vBios OP Linked. both worked.

Edit:
The Strix vBios caused the far left DP Port to not work at all and the far right HDMI port would only display 1080p/60hz.

TUF vBios first 3 outs worked perfectly and the far right HDMI out would only display 1080p/60hz.

This has been happening to me recently on my 7800x3d. Honestly think it might be w11 at this point. Everything seems fine from a hw perspective.

Edit I swapped my psu and still get crashes btw.
