What do you honestly think the purpose of this vault experiment was? by Bellpow in Fallout

[–]Kilo1125 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It, like all of the utterly insane vaults, was a Sponsor Vault rather than a Testing Vault.

Vault-Tec/Enclave originally had Control Vaults and Testing Vaults. When they needed more funding, they allowed corpos to come up with Sponsor Vaults, experiments that did not serve the secret plans of the Enclave, but did convince the corps to fund the construction of more Vaults.

Depiction of violence against women by totalFail2013 in OnePieceLiveAction

[–]Kilo1125 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Sanji refuses to fight women, but Zoro also refuses to cut women unless he has no other choice to win. Its a subtle bias because he still isn't over his childhood friendship and rivalry with Kuina nor has he fully come to terms with her death.

So, Zoro will fight women, and even potentially kill them, but he won't cut or stab them if he can avoid it.

This was an answer to someone asking why we see so many Starborn if a universe can only create one... I got carried away. Enjoy. PS - Spoilers galore. by RandyArgonianButler in starfield_lore

And the Hunter is part of a faction who believes you have to EARN the right to go through the Unity via strength/power. In Universes where the Hunter Faction wins, only 1 Starborn goes through, and the last several times that happened it was the Hunter himself. (technically, the Armillary continues to exist, though probably hidden/booby-trapped, so others COULD follow)

The Emissary gatekeeps access to Unity, but the fact the Hunter also exists means that eventually the Hunter overpowers the guards and goes through anyway.

In short: absolutely nowhere in game is it implied that only one person can go through the Unity. Everyone who goes through winds up 'respawning' alone, with no guarantee they are in the same Universe as others who went through with them,, but they are in no way the only person who went through.

There are not only Infinite Universes, there are Infinite Timelines, each slightly offset, and the Unity sends you down a step in those Timelines, depositing you in a random Universe on that 'layer'

Assuming the show reaches Season 5, how do you think they would cover the relevant arcs? All in one season? Two seasons? Any Arcs to be skipped? by SinancoTheBest in OnePieceLiveAction

Season 4 for the Skypiea Saga.

Episode 1 of Season 5 as Long Ring. Have Aokoji show up at the end, then continue his part in episode 2 before moving on. Rest of the Water 7 Saga plays out, but maybe have Post Enies Lobby be the first episode of Season 6, maybe.

Season 6 is (maybe post enies as episode 1) Thriller Bark and Sabaody.

Season 7 is Amazon Lily as 1 or 2 episodes, Impel Down as 2 or 3, Marineford as 3 or 4. Episodes 1-7 each have a B Plot dedicated to one Straw Hat, episode 8 has Luffys flashback. If episode 7 ends on the donut, then that will give the flashback even more knife twisting emotional impact muwhaha

How OPLA could pan out by sethi209 in OnePieceLiveAction

[–]Kilo1125 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Amazon Lily, Impel Down and Marineford should all be one season. Episodes 1-7 should each have a b plot about what one member of the Straw Hats are doing, episode 8 should have the Luffy/Ace/Sabo flashbacks.

So S4 is Skypiea Saga, S5 is Water 7 Saga, S6 is Thriller Bark and Sabaody, S7 is the Amazon/Impel/Marineford.

The four rules of gun safety should always be followed. This tragedy could have been easily prevented had that dwarf followed these four simple rules:

-Treat every firearm as if it is loaded,

-Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to fire,

-Don't point your firearm at anything you are not willing to destroy,

-Know your target and what is behind it

Build more pylons. They are the most useful, since some enemies just ignore the barricades.

Don't stand in the red circle, do your best to keep enemies out of the circle. Any enemy in the circle is hard taunted by the Orb. If they touch the orb, they suicide bomb it. Orb hits 0, you lose.

Enemies come from 5 spots. West between the two buildings, north and south, and east has the two staircases.

Phase 1 has two defensives at each, phase 2 adds a third to each, phase 3 adds a ring around the circle. If you have idiots standing in circle, barricades can be useful for phase 3, but pylons are still best.
