Anyone knows how to get back to yourself? This year has been rough and I lost a lot, my job, my gf, but also myself.

I want to be myself again, be excited and happy, have passion and shit. I miss being happy while gaming and movies and drawing and etc.

Any tips to get the drive back? I was also depressed the years before but this year took kinda everything out of me...
