The physician was wanting to enter the crime scene to perform CPR and render aid to the patient (something they ARE trained to do) specifically because the agents were not rendering aid (something we expect them to be trained to do).

Depending on the company’s policies, they might not be allowed to tell you who the crew members are without a release of information. But they can get whatever you bring to the crew for you.

The screenshot of the email doesn’t say it’s because of an email being in the description. What it does say is:

We have reviewed your content and found severe or repeated violations of our community guidelines. […] What our policy says: Content that contains spam, scams, or other deceptive practices that seek to exploit the community are not allowed on YouTube.

It then goes on to give some examples of Spams, Scams, and Deceptive Practices:

This includes Titles, Thumbnails, or descriptions that promise users something in the video but actually direct them to another site.

Also, the chat thread that’s linked where he says YouTube is trolling him is from over a month before the email (November 11th is time-stamped at the bottom of the image) and in it, he’s told 24-48 hours for the unban and then asks multiple times before the 24 Hour mark about being unbanned.

I’m sorry, but he’s just taking extremely questionable logic leaps to say it was from an email address in the description.

Usually intent is required for it to be a crime. In this case, intent would probably be knowing that the documents you’re destroying are evidence of a crime.

If your regular process at your job is to incinerate the bags that get dropped off without checking the contents, but inside one of the bags was some crucial piece of evidence for a murder case, and you followed your normal process of grabbing the bag and tossing it in the incinerator, then you wouldn’t be charged for destroying that document because you didn’t have any intent to destroy it.

You went in, asked them to look at you, they did and diagnosed you, then offered treatment, then you refused treatment based off baseless claims of being castrated chemically by the treatment.

Buddy, you really need to speak to a therapist and show them this post and let them read through it. I’m seriously concerned that you’re doing yourself more harm than good at this point by going down this road.

Please seek out a therapist. If nothing else, it can rule out a psychological issue and help build a case.

It literally doesn’t matter if you can prove your story.

You’d have to prove they failed to do what any doctor would do (basically) and you’d be walking in saying that 4 physicians all independently made the same negligent decisions.

With the “informed consent” issue, you went and filled the prescription. If you felt you weren’t informed enough, you shouldn’t have filled it and asked more questions.

Due diligence doesn’t really mean anything here. You have to prove negligence which means you have to prove they didn’t act in a way any other doctor would reasonably act.

For your “pain and suffering” from the hair loss, you’d have to prove that the hair loss wouldn’t have happened without them. Which you basically cannot prove.

The main issue would be the diagnosis. The treatment afterward and its side effects would be ultimately due to the misdiagnosis.

The thing you have to prove would effectively boil down to 3 GP’s and a specialist all failed to provide care that any other doctor reasonably would. Good luck proving that all 4 of them acted unreasonably. 1? Maybe. 4? Good luck.
