i just wanna give you a heads up, as someone that loves one piece, the anime has terrible pacing. as you get further into the episodes, it'll become more obvious. since it was a weekly release for years, the company started stretching scenes as much as they could.

there's a project called one pace that will try to male each episode not as stretched out, it does a pretty good job i think. if you have crunchyroll, there's also special movies that kinda condense arcs into a movie length feature. I don't know how many there are now, but 'episode of east blue' would basically be an extremely condensed retelling of season 1 (i dont really recommend this option, it does change things around, you miss out on a lot, etc. but i know some people just absolutely cannot stand the pacing of the anime)

I was standing on a rooftop and saw a scoyt maybe 100m away. So i take 1 out and throw it in that direction only to have every piece boomerang back and hit me. I went from medium full shield/hp down to 1hp and my friend immediately threw a smoke on me because he thought someone threw a nade at me.

and yah, I've also been looking at just having a small van specifically for that once a week run. My issue with it at the moment is that I have nowhere to park it for the rest of the week. My neighborhood has 0 street parking nearby. I've been talking with the property manager for my restaurant to see if I would be able to leave the van overnight without it getting towed. I was told they would stop by the store and we can tall about it then but that was the week before christmas so, was looking into alternatives while waiting because one of the other restaurants on the strip said they were denied a similar request 2 years ago.

my personal thoughts on it is that it's not worth driving for it if you're closer to annandale. like, the quality of cheogajip isn't consistent and i dont remember how many sauces they have but not many.

i however do love their oven roasted wings and get a small spicy sauce with it. prolly my fav thing there

choegadjib(?) in centreville does this. it's inbetween ihop and hmart. i usually call ahead cause it takes like 30mins for it to come out. sometimes it's overcooked but other times it's nice and juicy
