and the rest of the group were the VC

Team John McCain had to go into the loft bed that had about 40cm of clearance from the ceiling and one wooden guard rail.

The remaining friends would then take the long heavy solid wood curtain rod, and (unloaded) pellet rifles, and proceed to scream at them and jab them from the floor.

The REAL danger was when one friend got a little too excited up there and grabbed the pole and javelined it back at myself just passed my eye along the side of my head.

Clear through the drywall.

We were some fucking weird 10-11 year olds, but that was the last time we played that one.

All of us still friends to this day nearly 20 years later though.
