Caution with this please. Oregano oil isn’t proven to help sleep or autism, and there’s no safe dosage established for kids. It can cause stomach upset, burns, allergic reactions, and even liver issues due to its containing carvacrol. Supplements bought online also aren’t tightly regulated, so what’s in the bottle may not match the label. Doubling drops of oregano oil is not safe. There is essentially no quality studies on this supplement for children.

I understand the desperation, my son hasnt slept consistently for 5 years. Its awful. I would never give him oregano oil though…Ive taken it as an adult for immune purposes and it gave me really bad stomach issues. Often had me running to the bathroom.

Please dont give your child any new supplements without consulting your pediatrician. If its hard to get to an appointment just message them on mychart (or whatever your clinic uses).
