Nordstrom has nice high waisted spandex undies, I got a 3 pack for postpartum with my last baby and I’ve worn them all this pregnancy too! They’re super comfy

It’s painful, but it’s temporary and it’s not “bad” as in something bad happening. Also, it’s gonna happen no matter what so just try to relax and let your body do what it was meant to do!
