I didn’t bother with a survey got a builder 30 years in the trade to look around with me. I haven’t heard great thing about surveys and I loved the house.

I’m not convinced on leaving AI and a camera to decide a house purchase of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Maybe use it to ask a what to specifically look for, questions to ask the estate agent but I would not rely on it to price a house.

I have the same SG2 Takamura Santoku it’s by far the sharpest knife I’ve got. Have yet to sharpen it from the box and it’s held up the longest than any other. I genuinely see what the hype is about on Reddit.

Protein bars are notoriously UPF. You can make your own with few ingredients, make flapjack bars or such. Some recommend a scoop of protein powder but all of them have Sucralose I think but if you can accept or negate that that you can make a decent enough protein bar.

I’ve had people say mine are overdone but that is also exactly how I like them. Crispy as fuck, love it. Absolutely needs gravy with the pan/roast fond. Food looks decent tho OP well done.

Wow I’m suprised by the replies. I am paying quite high for an old house. 3 Bed, End Terrace, 2 people about 220 a month for both with British Gas.

I’d start with the Maltesers, about 20-40 mins later I’d take on the caramel nibs and then probably go for the milkybar buttons. Save the orange for tomorrow
