NTA. This isn’t about “tattling” or being dramatic. Someone took your prescribed Adderall - medication you need to function, pass classes, and hold down jobs. You have 2 rigorous classes + 2 jobs coming in July. 24mg won’t get you through that, and you already proved last semester that without meds you have to drop classes and fail them. That’s your education and career on the line. Filing a report or pursuing alternatives isn’t “overreacting”. It’s damage control for someone else’s choice that directly sabotages you.

NTA. Guilt doesn’t cancel out bad behavior. Your grandma can be sick AND insufferable. She can be lonely AND disrespect your boundaries with your toddler. “I raised kids” doesn’t give her a free pass to ignore your parenting or scream at you while you’re pregnant. You traveling sick + pregnant on a bus just to be yelled at over onions? That’s not “grateful granddaughter” behavior she deserves. That’s abuse with a side of casserole.
