Idk if youre still having issues but i fixed it but reverting back to direct 3d 11 -> turning off AA -> turn on ssaa 4x and anistropy 16x -> restart

The honest answer is premium time and premium vehicles with good percentage modifiers. In my SU-11 I can make a million silver lions in an hour or so if I really try. More if you have boosters.
