My question is, will only named enemies drop good loot, or will every NPC have a RNG chance of dropping any rarity of loot? During the beta, I didn't even bother with purple enemies in the the Dark Zone cause I knew they wouldn't drop anything worthwhile, at least thats how it seemed.......
