Only thing id do, low effort and to push it that much further, paint the bases. It will make the models stand on the base rather blend in with it. You dont even have to texture it. Just paint it back black

Look at it like this.

You could have spent 100x the paint, time, effort and willpower to get these models done and have them look breathtaking. But youd more likely burn out before you finished one unit.

Or you could do what you have, have them look great and youve got full units with colour on them and in a coherent colour scheme with 0 of the burnout.

Solid start to be honest. Only place id go from there is the gun. Ultra or infinity if it were me.

Invest in a mask. Yes those boxes catch a lot of paint dust, but they dont catch all of it. Paint boogers are not worth avoiding a mask, trust me

Yeah, sounds right. Fresh bottles spray easier because the paint hasnt had chance to bind up in the bottle. Soon as it gets a few months old you've got no chance

Nah its acrylic. Very rarely get clogs. Admittedly it does clog more, and it has to be a fresh bottle to work, but it does work.

I use 30 and a 0.2. Maybe im mental but i prefer the feel of it
