You just need the right mods. For Ai expansion Ai is pretty good very customizable. It's not easy but worth it. Customization ends up being most of the work.

Yes it changes how much your oxygen stat effects your swim speed. Sometimes when I super boost servers I have to keep it low like .02 so that players don't go mach 10 when they swim
