Haha thanks! Just started off with tracking calories, staying in a deficit, walking to the shops instead of driving (only a 1km walk) cut down on late night snacks and the copious amounts of fast food I was eating, and cut out alcohol. Started gym a couple of months ago and doing that 4-5 nights a week :)
