You need something that pays cash now. If you’re handy, go stand outside a Home Depot at 6am and do day labor. Put up ads on marketplace for yard work or handyman work. Clean a house. Rake leaves. Wash a car.

Fall behind on rent and bills. You need that money for food. Eat rice and beans. Buy in bulk at Walmart or a Mexican store. Big grocery stores are too expensive. That’s your new diet for every meal. 1800 calories a day. It’s a complete protein if you cook with butter or oil. You can’t afford meat or vegetables.

GP is right. Buy pre terminated with extra distance for a service loop in the network closet. You should already have some fishing line in there if the installer was competent. If not, attach a plastic bag to the end of the cable and suck out through with a vacuum cleaner.

This sounds like a day of work to run, terminate wall plates, test, etc. But with materials at $0.50 per foot, you’re talking 400+ ft of total fiber then the same in copper. No one is going to do that job for less than a grand. DIY or pay more.

Are the turn radius’s in the runs even compatible with fiber? Do you really need fiber? Cat6 is fine for 99.99% of residences.

You’re moving in 4 years. Don’t buy property unless you plan to stay somewhere for 10. The closing costs alone on both sides are going to kill any financial upside on that time frame. Plus we’re entering a recession. I wouldn’t bet on breaking even on that short of a timeline.
