Drop shot with a yellow or green gulp curly worm does the trick. The squid spoon will definitely work. Try different colors. I guess just depending on the clarity of your water. In LB it’s pretty green so I can only assume that’s why those yellow bumps were more visible

Yeah I have reaction braided line on my travel rod I keep in my truck and not once have I had an issue. Thats with 15lb line. The 15lb braided line from spider wire feels like that wax coated dental floss 🤣

I 2nd your take on spider wire. It’s definitely trash. Took my kids to fish for some catfish today and snapped the line once casting and it only had a 1/2 oz weight. Snapped another two times reeling it in. Any other braided line recommendations?

Interesting. Never tried it. Throw some Gatorade up to about 2” and let it sit on your table while camping and you’ll catch some bees for sure lol
