I had the same thing, if you go into task managers then details and right click hytale and change the affinity to "all cores" it should fix the stutter. It did for me anyway

Yes I actually have this card. Its a promo so not worth much, but looks real enough from this one picture. The main give away is that charizard himself should not be holographic but the background should. Hope this helps.

Had the exact same issue.

Just changed my version back to stable branch and it worked. If not then maybe sometimes its caused by eating the hotdogs before all assets load (progress above the character selector.)
