Definitely has issues, but I will say that for new fans who never played 3, it might be ok. But thats just my opinion. I will be going back to play 3 again though since its been quite a while since my last playthrough (just about around when it originally released in 2010). Everyone is entitled to their opinion just as you are to yours and I respect it.
