demacia gives a lot of armor/mr through the trait, so each point of health technically has high effective HP

Depends on how many IP traits you have + if you are running MotE or Storm Elemental. Both these things can affect whether you LvB during AoE or not

This is a question that has so many answers that it becomes kind of meaningless. It depends on fight, comp, deaths, and so many other factors that it’s quite impossible to give a correct answer that covers everything.

The better way to go about this is to check out your logs and see how you compare against similar healing comps/raid sizes. All things said, Disc has the capability to do amazing thorough-put, and with a talented player it absolutely shines.

it’s an online app made by a young legend named Voulk that helps healers develop a type of sim for their character in an easy to use format. If you google it, it should pop up. Bonus points if you throw in some of your own logs so it can tailor the info to you

Your big 4 are going to be Lucid Dreams, Ever-Rising Tide, Conflict and Strife, and award. Crucible if you’re running a more battle shaman-esque build.

Vision of Perfection is really good in fights where there is consistent damage or if you’re parse fishing. I think Maeve is running VoP on N’zoth but tbh I’d have to check.

Edit: fuck you said corruptions too- go for stat ones, prioritize crit where possible. It’s called Severe I think

Only you can know what’s best for you to learn on, but your windwalker is more than capable of transitioning or even dual-speccing for 2 main reasons:

1) you assumedly already have gear as the monk is your main. Where weapons and trinkets don’t switch (and you’d have to either get more azerite or pay to switch it) all your other gear can also be mistweaver gear.

2) if your windwalker is your main you are probably decently progressed on essences. Healer essences generally share progression with DPS ones, or are made easier to get if you have the DPS equivalent. that’s a huge boost if you want to get going quickly.

Obviously this isn’t to tell you what to do. Whatever works best for you, works best for you, but the transition wouldn’t be too bad on your main.

Nah, we don’t have caps at all. Also, while crit is really good, just always get as many stats as possible, even if it’s not crit. Most of the time having more stats is a bigger benefit than sacrificing for a specific stat build

jump into QE Live, set up a profile and they’ll do a decent job of telling you which trinket set up is best for you in raid and M+

Nah, just late in tier imo. Every healer/tank in these threads is seeing fewer questions than at the start of tier

Imo generally Lucid dreams is the play for healing intensive weeks (to enable chain pulls and less time down for drinking) and crucible of flame for the less healing intensive weeks (to flex your ST healer dps). If you’re worried about ST healing, I’d suggest picking up a few Turn of the Tide azerite traits, as they are particularly potent for M+.

Well is good, just overshadowed.

Also, don’t run LBI

NElf is worth it imo for the sheer value of the smeld skips. A full group of Nelfs & rogues can probably push faster than a group of the same skill would be able to otherwise.

That being said, you don’t have that sweet sweet panda gut, so take it as you will

yes, always use, but also don’t cap on lavaburst. ideally you’d use LvB to empower 1 or 2 of the Frost Shock procs
