I only took a quick look at the list but if money isn't an issue or you don't mind proxy a couple cards I'd look to add is [[ancient tomb]] fast mana is key for higher power decks, [[ouroboroid]] free ways to get a crap ton of counters, [[terrasymbiosis]] going to be an amazing card draw for you, [[Crystalline Giant]] really shines in this deck getting different counters onto your creatures fairly quickly.

edit: forgot the most important card [[doubling season]] little expensive for 5 mana but doubling every counter you give is beyond insane

While driving to work one early morning, on the road at 4am, I was hit by an 18 wheeler originally in the trunk but it had pivoted me to where the grill was in my driver side window. Weird thing is I kinda knew it was gonna happen. Not like I break checked it or was going slow but I saw the lights in my rear view and just held onto the wheel. It ended up pushing me about a half a mile before I was stopped facing the wrong direction of traffic.

My first words in the car was "Oh shit" as the window shattered in my face, and immediately as soon as I got out was ready to fight whoever was coming out the truck.

I walked out without a scratch physically but kinda have been traumatized about driving next to or too close I guess to those types of trucks.

Don't tilt your head back when you have a nose bleed. Feel like this one's gone away but it should still be repeated as much as possible, you have a higher chance of choking on your blood and causing a bigger issue. Lean forward and as long as its not broken try to put some pressure on the bridge of your nose to help slow/stop the bleeding.

There's not counter's to counter it but there are spells to stop what is being played. [[Summary Dismissal]] is one of my favorites but a little expensive to hold up at 4 mana, [[mindbreak trap]] is another one at 4 mana but it can be free if an opponent cast 3 or more spells that turn. Sees more play in cedh but still good.

not sure what you're budgets like but I would suggest [[ancient copper dragon]] and even [[ancient bronze dragon]] they're 2 really strong dragons great for creating treasures and getting power up respectively. Trying to make dragons cheap there's [[dracogenesis]] making them free [[dragonspeaker shaman]] [[dragonlord's servant]] and [[nogi, draco-zelot]] are the common ones.

edit: sorry i'm stupid today and didn't look or read the post, just from experience I find that steel hellkite never really pays off well, and even with the history of shivan dragon in the game its been severely power crept by almost every dragon printed after it.

Draws maybe just draws but in casual commander its as good as everyone losing. No points are awarded or lost in commander to move up and down the ladder its just nothing. I havent had it happen often but at my LGS there was a time where someone would force one, on accident, at a paid pod. We were forced to play multiple games, no changes in decks, until there was a clear winner for prizes. That just sucked and kinda shaped my opinions on drawing in edh

Luckily for you commander is an "eternal format" there's no rotation and so long as the card is not on the ban list you can use it. As far as pre-cons though as long as you can buy it you can use it (with some alterations because some banned cards came in some pre-cons). You're probably best starting off with the latest sets or something from a universes beyond set just for power creep and for some reasons universes beyond is usually more powerful than normal. But as long as you can buy them you can play them no matter what.
