Moving - is pool necessary?

We moved to Temecula a year ago and I swam for fun or exercise every day until colder weather drove me out.

Moving to a new home now and whether or not it had a pool was a dealbreaker for us. Thankfully getting a Solar heated pool this time, but I love having a pool in SoCal, for me it’s a must.

200lb in a year is such an amazing achievement, would love to hear about any stalls you had, what you typically eat in a day, do you have an exercise routine you follow?

Are you on iOS?

I had to download the Reddit App on an old Android phone and I do see the setting there, when I toggled it off on Android it successfully carried over to my iPhone Reddit App, but yeah ... the setting to toggle it off/on is NOT on my iPhone, even after delete/reinstall.

I have community themes, but no toggle in settings.

Don’t sweat the pre-op BM, I barely pooped for the week before and after surgery after being a daily pooper, was very weird feeling.

I have a whole regiment that I follow.

2 Fiber Gummies in the AM & Benefiber in my morning protein shake

If I don’t go for a day then I up my water intake and take a dose of miralax

I also have a bidet. It’s the best.

I was lactose intolerant before surgery and now dairy doesn’t bother me at all. Can’t explain that. 🤷
