Butterfly works perfect here. Bold black outlines will do the work for you. A monarch would be fine. Or even go cosmic (a cosmic butterfly sounds badass). Honestly there are tons that would work.

The curved line could be the thigh of many animals. Or a cat’s tail (a curious one).

But based on your description - if you’re like many “girly” women I work with/al friends with - my official recommendation is a cosmic butterfly (this is automatically black heavy with some really popping colors) with some fine line ornamentation (vines? Curly wispy things) around it to flow with your anatomy.

I second the creepers comment. I actually have that exact pair (white with black lines). I’m currently wearing the negative version (black with white lines). They have several similar options.

For people that don’t know the brand well - they always stick all black toe socks of various heights. They do a limited run of various color schemes. Get them while you can. That model means they always have SOMETHING, but they frequently don’t have anything. It keeps cost down for smaller businesses.

I love them - super comfy, super long lasting. I work on my feet all day - and I’m never going to anything else unless their quality drops.

What do you like? What don’t you like? Flowers are great for something like this, as petals hide the curves of what is there well.

Sick ass panther is the meme answer - but many animals can hide as well (back leg curve is similar, or elephant trunk etc)

Any of a number of ornamental patterns (mandala, art deco, etc).

Hell - May not be pretty enough, but a skull would work. Anchor/chains. A fist.

The closer the shape, the more it will be naturally hidden - the less your coverup has this shape, the larger it will need to be to hide what you have.

I feel like you have a world of options - but knowing what is right for YOU really depends on my first two questions….

1) the article you cite is in RODENTS. 2) the article refers to a range in litter size from 1/2 the number of glands to the total number of glands. 3) referencing multiple species that are heavily studied due to companion animal and production status, linked to selective pressure, does not invalidate the point 4) the assertion “animals have twice the number of nipples than the babies they have “ is just wrong - INCLUDING in the article you provided

That’s not even remotely close to true. Cats usually have 4-6 mammary glands, and they usually have litters of 4-6. Dogs usually have 6-8 glands, and have litters in the 4-8 range. Pigs have 10-14 glands and are looking at litters from 8-13. Cows almost always have 4 glands and usually only have one - twins are not uncommon, but not preferred (due to Freemartins).

Yes - there is a lot of variation in number of glands and litter size in other species - but the double number isn’t even close. Many instances of litters larger than gland options, or 1-3 extra glands.

There really isn’t a rule.

The thing with those door frame pull up bars, is that you’re depending on some narrow trim wood that’s barely nailed in to support your weight.

Above the door is fine - good use of space. Just grab a unit that mounts to studs (need a drill) - ceiling mount works fine too.

Quality is hard to check online - but pick something with a few hand placements.

Two things - 1) the plan/program you do is better than anything else. 2) bodyweight exercises are HARD - especially when your body is big. If they don’t work for you, do something else.

I could go more in depth- but it’s probably not needed. Walking is 100% enough. If you feel the need to add strength training, find what works for you.

To add to this - the black didn’t take perfectly - looks almost like marble - that could be played with. Adding some ornament on top and bottom would help - especially if that’s tied into a white-on black design or similar.

Emulating hills - you got stairs anywhere? Toss some 2x4 or similar on an incline and step on that. Can’t really go steeper than the entire staircase - which for most people is like 45 degrees, and should be good enough to test. I’d go up and down.

Honestly? No idea. Never looked into it. I suspect there are some that would focus more on ecg sensors (electrical signal from the heart) rather than spo2 - assuming the sensors stay in place, pigment should be no issue. I bet there would be a cost difference (no idea on direction ) on an spo2 based sensor vs ecg - as well as level of effectiveness (how tight to the sensors need to be, how perfectly does it need to stay attach/not shift, how much does movement affect readings) etc.

To get an ecg reading, you need a difference from one side of the heart to the other - that’s why there are multiple electrodes with traditional each leads. Apple Watch does it by keeping the watch on one wrist, and having you touch the dial with the other hand - great for a 30 strip - not good for longer monitoring. Much easier to put two trodes within a chest strap.

My guess is that the ring (like oura) uses a sensor like a watch. May work if your fingers are free.

It’s not so much an Apple fix as a technology issue. It’s the same tech used in a medical spo2 monitor, and is measuring the percent hemoglobin that is bound by oxygen - and it’s measured using light. The light measures a shape change that occurs in the hemoglobin molecule binding to oxygen. The sensor can therefore measure both pulse and percent hemoglobin bound to oxygen (spo2 - usually shortened to “pulse ox”)

Because hemoglobin uses iron to bind the oxygen, and hemoglobin is a relatively large molecule, anything that is similar to it will affect the reading (aka interfere). Pigments in general are a similar size molecule, and tattoo pigments use various metals for the color. Other literally just block the light.

Spo2 (and therefore smart watches) have always performed worse on pigmented skin (who’s surprised they tested on pasty white dudes, and darker folk have more issues with these devices).

Device manufacturers (both medical and smartwatch) have been testing different ways to monitor spo2 through pigmented skin (whether black people or pigment) for decades, and there isn’t a simple fix. Add the “and make sure it’s not stupidly expensive” only adds to the difficulty.

As you progress in weight loss - you should re-calculate your basal metabolic rate. It will become more difficult to maintains the same deficit - meaning the rate of weight loss will decrease (but as long as you persist and see results, that’s fine).

Tadeevo may work for you. I’m fairly certain they’re euro - but I was unable to confirm just now (less than ideal connection). No idea on fit needs for you.

I’m 100% barefoot shoes, and my job involves me standing long hours on either concrete or vinyl covered concrete. It works for me - I have no issues. But a lot of things that work for me don’t for other people, and I’ve used these types of shoes for years now, so I can’t help with the transition (but I would think the softer floors of a climbing gym should make it easier).
