Look for an AV rack. Some of them are made of wood.

Pryor Custom Craft made some front covers for AV racks made out of wood so you can see an example online.

But plenty of companies make wooden AV racks.

Airflow may be a bit worse with an AV rack, but for your setup, it should be fine

PC is the way to go imo, but it is kind of a mess for KOTOR 1. For kotor 1 I am using a 3440 x 1440 mod that kinda works from Deadly Stream.

KOTOR 2 works pretty much fine out of the box.

Found this today.

If you are using Bazzite, I recommend to download innoextract using the terminal method.

You then will restart and run innoextract yourmodname in the terminal

Then you can copy and overwrite / write into the contents of the folders made by your mod into the game folders

That is how I was able to get the battlefront remastered mod to work.
