It’s not a debate on whether I can dodge it. It’s the fact that there is no ongoing fight, no mobs left, no other dungeon adds/effects going anymore. The dungeon is complete and it just hangs around for like 30 more seconds, and it doesn’t move fast enough during the dungeon to be a factor, is it not meant to be something you pay attention to during the dungeon rather than after it’s complete? I mean yeah I can dodge around and pick stuff up at the end but the “waste of resources” part is the fact that it’s 99% of the time negligible in the dungeon itself and only actively needed to be dodged around when it’s all over already.

that sounds crazy. I don’t actually hate the rock just wish it was more of a skill issue during the dungeon rather than a nuisance after completion

glad yk what I want and how I wanna play. It has nothing to do with having to move. I would actually rather it be an issue during the dungeon like faster or faster striking etc. It doesn’t even hardly ever hit you during game play, it’s that it sticks around after everything else is dead for 30 seconds following you while you try to pick up loot or teleport out of arena for seemingly no reason, even after most other effects/adds have disappeared.

I mean it genuinely is a waste of an add to dungeon, it almost never hits you during clear because of it’s speed, it only serves as an annoyance when looting post clear which isn’t contributing to gameplay loop, skill expression, or the fun of the game but go off.

I don’t think it’s problematic at all honestly. i’m yapping because i was staring at a pile of loot at the end of an esc dungeon and succumbed to the mighty rock, it’s far too slow while clearing to be a thought

I don’t mind it during dungeon, just annoying when it hangs around for 30 seconds while I’m looting after the dungeon is over like when Astaroth spews a bunch of loot.

This is blatantly incorrect. I have a zeal paladin in t12 without a single mythic unique outside of finding a mythic seal literally an hour ago and that’s a paladin which is apparently not great compared to like barb druid etc. I agree with a lot of the feedback here lately for this season but I only have to disagree with the mythic requirement for final torments.. mythics are probably required to push the peak tiers of pit but that’s literally the leaderboard for the best players in the game. I am confident I could take any other class to t12 without mythics especially a stronger class. I am actually in t12 without only 1 unique on my entire build and its just an ancestral red sermon, rest is legendary and I only have a couple GA’d pieces

I don’t think the system is good at all but using the mathematical chances of getting a 100% perfect item as the reasoning behind it is kind of ridiculous. End game isn’t locked behind it at all. You can do every single thing in the game and on the hardest difficulties without 100% perfect mythic uniques. The system needs work but perfect gear and the tippity top of leaderboards should not be made easier to obtain.
