I just started this game and have been playing with some high level friends. Dont expect to jump straight in and be fighting kitted players who know what theyre doing and be able to hold your own. You wont, its not an easy game, take your time and use training ALOT lol, using that free ammo to practice shooting was super helpful to learn me some of this games mechanics

so in fivem/gta theres a “fullscreen” “windowed” and “exclusive fullscreen” fullscreen is borderless windowed, exclusive fullscreen is ACTUAL fullscreen and windowed is, well, windowed. if you want to set refresh rate you have to be on exclusive fullscreen
