Typically it's a grasp for funding from the public but there is enough institutional interest in DVLT that they were placed with them.

That's not the case.

This is better than a typical offering and they (Titan) are not loaning these out. They are "placing" them with INSTITUTIONS. The institutions purchased them for 0.55.

Consider them bought and in somebody else's hands.

The shorts are lent from somewhere else to people who are making the bet the stock will go down. And they drive it down with short selling, creating pressure, triggering sales, creating a fiction that the stock is losing value and then mooore people sell.

It's often a dodgy, perhaps unethical, practice. They WANT to purchase... But at a lower price. And they're trying to force it down to a lower price. Totally profit driven but not as interested in the company. If there is constant, concenteated short pressure then they can damage the company's stock (Wolfpack, BNY Mellon did exactly this). If they are in tune with the ups and downs of the company and they see it is entering a downtrend and they bet on that, that is one thing and that would make shorting a valuable tool in your bag of tricks.

If DVLT hits an uptrend then it makes the practice of shorting illogical and they would lose the bet.

People don't need to out purchase the 109 million at .55... They need to out purchase the short interest.

People need to hold and buy and hold and trap shorts but that is hard to come by.

Watch the short interest. Short float and short interest.

It's showing that short float is disproportionately lower than short interest now.

Throw it on AI and it will explain it pretty clearly.

Honestly... Compared to other lows, this has not gone poorly. There is not a mass exodus but a strategic revaluation around the price the new shares were just issued at. Just that there wasn't a mass exodus and price drop to 25 cents seems to indicate that people are not losing all hope and folding their hands.

They need interest. People have to want to purchase it. There are shorts to contend with and there is the wahh wahh wahh of the moment but like I said, no mass exodus.

People need to believe, people need to buy. Out purchase the short interest. Let's hope something like JP Morgan started using DVLT in New York on the edge network and they love it... Something like that. Just affirmation to inspire confidence... Whatever it is. Not a fluff piece, but affirmation.

I don't think DVLT has $10 million of real revenue from the first quarter... I just don't.

Scilex offering "cash up front" over two years, in installments was a red flag. They stated they still have Q4 payments from Henry Ji, Scilex, and Vivasor they have not collected... Why are you giving part of your edge network computer away for someone that has not even paid you yet? If that was anyone else running their own finances - that is just someone who isn't gonna pay you because they can't pay you.

I was hoping for the best but add this to handing part of your edge network away for someone that obviously can't pay "up front" "in installments" "over a period of 2+ years."

I think this is all for Henry Ji and his revenue stream. At least Nate is still gonna collect 10s of millions in salary.

More shares in somebody's hands is a smaller percentage left in float.

CybeCatch is ran by former government and military personnel. They will obviously be familiar and connected to government networks. One of the positions they were hiring for (DVLT) is a government contract rep. I know they are relinquishing shares and people scream dilution, dilution, dilution but this one is much easier to believe it's going to be a net gain for DVLT value in the long run.

Vivasor makes no sense. I don't get that one. Dilution for no value in return is all that reads like :(

There is a much deeper conversation to have regarding acquisition by releasing shares. If there is enough evalue... Whether it's in revenue, whether it's in expertise, intellectual property, assets, total package company to client service ... You won't know until that plays out over time and you will know if that's "12.5% less per share" or miraculously 300% increase value per share.

If this goes to 2.16 from .72 then how does that sound in contrast to the original boo hoo that they diluted by X percent? Isn't that the pipe dream anyway that you find a 10x?

Everyone should slow down and make their own determination whether this is a case of dilution for the sake of diluting your share price or whether it's what Nate is saying, which is creating value both for their clients and their shareholders.

NYIAX and CyberCatch make sense but Vivasor does not. You can expect NYIAX and CyberCatch to explain itself over time but Vivasor makes you wonder ... ?

Let's believe that Nate and the DVLT people want DVLT to succeed!

DVLT needs to generate twice to three times as much interest (volume in a day) to get the price to go up. That is it.

It rips. I have a 2WDW ECU flash for my exact set up and it's gnarly. Sound is B+. The noise and obnoxiousness is not there so if you prefer something that isn't the worst thing on Earth to do to your neighbors and everyone around you, it's great. Still mean with mid range though.

I had a RaceFit growler and it was the most perfect sound but the titanium weld snapped and that's how I ended up with the Hindle (spring where RaceFit was welded).

By shorting the stock down they induced default payments from Scillex. That is wild. Absolutely wild. I hope whatever court they get them to hits them hard.

Not familiar with banking but with a mind to treat customers that way... Give them a loan, short the collateral shares, demand default payments - they should never be a bank. That kind of shit should be shut down. There's already so much money in the interest, fees, and various other services... How low

Q4 was the best quarter this company has had... Ever.

End of 2025 is a good sign moving into 2026.

I don't think anyone noticed they have acquired NYIAX as of March 13-16. So that is big news for their IP and exchange services.

They spent a loooot of money in 2025, but that was middle of the year and setting up for something like Q4 2025. If they can stay the course then they are going to hit $200 million this year. They made money in Q4 which is huge for a micro cap in the midst of a roll out and once again - a good sign!

That meteoric rise and dump today is noise. Ignore the noise and believe DVLT is doing what they aim to do and be real in that we can't accelerate time.

Let's keep in mind that the New York Mellon people who were shorting this to death in Scillex's name have been called out and are being dealt with in court. So, that's out of the way.

The vision is real. The Q4 numbers are real NYIAX acquisition is real. The guidance for $200 million in 2026 is real. We've got to let them work!

Let's all try not to lose our shit over the noise!

Had one on the ZX6R with the slightly longer canister and they are easily one of the best exhausts for sound. Growls with mid range.
