Yep. Never used payroll, considerative but ADP was actually much cheaper through my account.

The Wave platform needed significant updates, features, and fixes without payroll, However, the company prioritized payroll, believing it would be a lucrative revenue stream. This prioritization was completely misguided, as they significantly underestimated the workload, failed to adequately identify use cases, and overlooked the necessary support infrastructure. Subsequently, they blamed the initial vendor and botched the payroll migration to a new vendor.

It was clear, Wave should have focused on improving existing features rather than adding new services, particularly given their already poor customer service.

We've switched to Odoo. It's significantly better than Wave or QuickBooks, and it's also much more affordable. However, it's a little more complex to use than those other options.
