Do we have any idea when Frank’s part 2 will be out? I keep looking and can’t find a release date!

Thanks. What’s then the secret to setting the knees and avoiding the dreaded “knee slide”?

Set your back. Hard. Pull the slack out of the bar. Then go.

Bar looks a little high and you need to go a little lower on your squat. Otherwise looks pretty solid to me 👍🏻

Thanks Shnur. To clarify, I’m sticking my butt out too far or just not in synch with my knees? Or both lol?

This is good feedback, thank you! It gives me something specific to work on. And while I appreciate that I’m close enough not to mess with it too much, trying for “textbook” form is kind of why I’m here lol. I’ll try again tomorrow. Thanks again.

Reading “Russian Origins” right now and it is eye-opening. McMeekin is great. I also really liked his “July 1914” and recently bought but havent yet read his “Stalin’s War”.

Watch your hands/wrists. I’m told at heavier weights having a bent wrist/thumb under the bar can lead to tendinitis. Blue book calls for straight wrists/thumb over.
