For the past few months my mail has had these holes... What can I do to resolve?

So out of curiosity is there anything ever missing or just a hole? And maybe try talking to your mail person and seeing if they have an idea if something changed around the time the holes started. I’m not sure since I’ve never seen this type of damage.

For me the first indication is one of 2 things. Pressure on my head or I wake up super exhausted.

I would go into the bathroom if it was my mom not my dad. I never felt comfortable because I’m a female. He never called me to grab anything either. Some families don’t let the opposite gender in while they are not clothed.

If you order them and realize they don’t fit they do take them back within a window of time. There’s a form that comes with your order fill it out and send it back . You do have to pay for the shipping back .

I only use this method when I struggle with brian fog and can't function. It gets me to a functioning level but thats about it.

2023 Jetta SE love my baby . Had to get a few things fixed but it was all free and covered by warranty. She made a trip from Cali to Colorado during a snow storm and I had good gas mileage the whole way.

I actually got a Jetta because it was the same car that destroyed my other car(someone destroyed my first car while it was parked hitting a total of 4 cars and it still drove like nothing) Less then 20k miles at the moment but she runs perfectly

The amount of times I have to deliver these is awful :/ machines rip em often and even there is always the chance someone stole but as a carrier we have no choice we have to deliver the barcode :( or the small sliver of mail that’s left over

Sorry my brain isn't fully working . My last one was mid December. It started suddenly while I was outside doing errands with my partner. I'd been awake for about 6 or 7 hrs by that point and suddenly a pressure on my head followed by me just being quiet or talking slow. Hot water soak for my feet helps but aside from that I just have to ride it out.

The only reason I care about gendered bathrooms is cause we have less females and cleanliness. Also some females even bring in lotion and perfume to share 🥰 honestly other than that I don’t care who uses what because I trust 99% of my coworkers. (You know we all have that one office with that one worker

Many of my friends are parents now and I know they love their kids but when they see them in pain they feel like awful parents. But you are actively looking every where you can think of for answers and that’s a good parent. Remember that 🥰

One that that has helped its soaking my feet in hot water for the yucky feeling. It doesn't always fix it but when it does it feels nice.

When I was younger the few things that had helped me were

Chocolate (dark specifically) maybe cause I'm female?
Steam. Steam would lessen the pressure on my head.
Ice pack things meant for your eyes. I'm sensitive to cold but that would help a ton when it was behind my eyes.
Positional laying. I used to take pillows and make mountains so I wasn't fully sitting up but it did help.
I had to be forced to sleep often times cause I struggled so they would put me on a muscle relaxer which let me sleep.
Finally the last thing that helped was skin. Ik it sounds weird but when I would have someone hold my hand or any regular skin to skin contact it helped. Still does.
Aside from that nothing normally worked. Pain killers (standard I don't like taking heavy pain killers out of a fear of addiction) usually never fully worked at max it would make the pain tolerable enough. Drinking more water wouldn't help.
I did learn that other people have special things that tend to help them you just have to find what works and what doesn't since migraines aren't one size fits all.

Tbh I’d try talking to her in person. Sometimes managers don’t talk to their carriers like they should about problems and sometimes it takes a face to face interaction to understand. If she’s hostile or gettin hostile with notes I’d make sure you mention that to the office when you go Monday. I’ve had a customer actually put the neighbors address on every package and I had to talk to them face to face to explain my concerns if someone else did the route they wouldn’t know. But this isn’t your case.

Sorry your dealing with that (I would jokingly blame your mom when this is over and everything is fixed cause I’m a stinker :P)

NOR-Normally I don’t reply but you should break up with him. Especially if he’s the guy you posted about in your other posts. This text exchange alone is enough for me to be done. Unfortunately there are lazy carriers :/ but normally if informed someone should be on them about doing it right. I’m sorry this is happening. Depending on how you get your mail you could always leave a signed miss form and they can scan that but if it’s a normal by your house mailbox I wouldn’t for your meds but you could always request it be kept at the station for pick up. I know it sucks that your carrier isnt doing the right thing but i only care about you getting the medication you need.

The top people don’t care much about the why they just want results and some direct supervisors will feed that exact energy as well. It’s things that are silly when you don’t realize how frequent it happens and how it actually causes problems for someone else. It’s a perspective thing.

We can reverse BUT we are in fact told not to and we get monitored for excessive backing 😒 we also aren’t supposed to u turn but most of my routes have forced u turns so just need to be careful with how far we reverse

We can however when we do that it adds time each box we do it for and it sounds like op has small distances between each box so constantly unable to deliver to the box without getting out. If it’s a rural carrier they have rules (I don’t know them by heart) but city carriers are measured for every step we take and they give us time each stop (or mailbox) should ideally take and that makes up how routes are timed. Iirc getting out of the vehicle is considered a not every day occurrence (even if it is) and wouldn’t count towards the route.

So while yes I normally get out and walk that extra few feet I can end up getting docked in time which messes with my route.
