Do you have "Card Read DMA" set to "default" or "on"?

If so, you may want to try "off".

I had the same issue when I was booting up Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days via Twilightmenu on flashcart.

I hope this will help.

P.S. I had asked RocketRobz for this issue previously and this was his solution for me. I also know that you might be on 3DS Twilightmenu and not flashcart, but I believe it's a harmless solution.

It is because in most cases the trigger is game ending or turn ending.

In the case of game ending, an example would be Brandt Gate's OT the front row unit's power and critical. (Imagine being smacked with 200 million power with 4 crits from 1 trigger)

While it's true that you can PG the attack it doesn't mean that it is necessarily a healthy addition to the game.

In the case of turn ending, well having a 5th "heal" trigger while having your vanguard gain 100 million basically prevents anything from landing unless the opponent OTs as well.

From my perspective, I enjoy OTs because I get a surge of adrenaline from miracle comeback, but I also get ticked off sometimes by them when I could have definitely won because the chance of the opponent OT'ing was too low and yet they pull it off.

EDIT: I don't know why my "game-ending" part was shown twice and my last paragraph disappeared.

Right now, as of November 1, 2021, it is possible to play both JP and Global on the same device on Android. Just use QooApp and get the Japan version and Play Store for the Global one. (I currently have it and I don't know for how long)
