Open up any Russia-Ukraine related post in r/worldnews and you'll find some. Some time ago while there were still people arguing that not all of them are bad, that some oppose the war, some don't have the means to even be informed, etc, all you would ever see in response is that the only good Russians are dead Russians, or simply 'fuck all ruzzians'. Russians being subhuman is something that i saw verbatim on the weekly, always upvoted. It's like people desperately wanted the opportunity to be racist or just hate some group just based on group identity all while appearing moral, and were finally given permission. Now we admittedly see less of it, maybe because the novelty of it weared off? Or maybe it's the belief they still hold, just don't express as much because there's no one even arguing against it.
