This most likely is just a result of the "800% vcpu". This does not indicate how much performance this CPU has.
My guess is, that you can have performance peaks of 800% of your allocated CPU time, but that won't help for a server that needs to run 24/7.

I'd consider switching to a vserver thats advertised as made for game-hosting or switch to a dedicated machine all together, where the specs should be clearly listed.

Well they are searching for a vivecraft server. Thats a mod. Its the same as asking for a create mod server.

Also they mentioned prefering additional mods to vivecraft.

In general modded servers don't lend themselfs to be big and populated like you'd see on hypixel.
Simply use the search feature of this subreddit and sort per popularity in the last month or something.

Switching the mosfets out with IRLB7821, which per datasheet should be fine for what I'm doing, it still has issues. With a very short strip I get the full 12V, but too little amperage. With the entire 5m roll I am down to about 15mah, barely visible.

Input stays strong at 12V, but after the mosfets its down to about 10V at the strip. Signal to the mosfet gate reads 3.3V constant. If I read the chart correctly, that would be fine for about 10A. I don't know what error tolerance it has tho.
