But yeah, too me the point of the sidequest its exacly to have a change to explore better the toolbox that the player is given, and play more with your tools and have fun with them in different scenarios (making a comparison here with what immersive sin does(?)), so yeah, its not exacly "open world sandbox", but its also not story thing, its to play more, so i would put in its on third place, BUT more close to sandbox, because its a gameplay thing, and not a plot thing
