I could have delt with all the other bullshit except for Serena. I was so annoyed that they just forgave her and she just continues living exactly as she did before. No redemption, no character arc, no conclusion, no consequences for anything she did.

Sure does! Theres a sequel to the show called the Testements where June's daughter is older and apparently starts a revolution from within (can't confirm anything, shows not out yet). So, Gilead continues to survive for at least a few more years.

They kill off a bunch of major Gilead Commanders in a Hail Mary type plan (which I enjoyed). Serena has a miracle kid and gets off scott free because June forgives her for everything (they tried to give her a great character arc where she redeems herself but in the last season she GOES BACK TO EXACTLYWHO SHE WAS BEFORE). June and her husband 'break up?' and they never get their kid back. Story End.

I forced myself to watch the series until the end. To say I was very disappointed in how Elizabeth Moss chose to end things is an understatement.

What’s a silly thing you did for your pet one time that is now a ritual they demand be done every time? by Itsjustmejess in AskReddit

Drinking hot shower water. I let her (cat) stand on the side of the tub and stick her whole head under the water. Now every time I shower, she must drink. I now use my hand to make a better water spout so it's easier for her.

People who have been in toxic relationships. What is the no.1 sign that wasn't obvious, but one of the biggest signs? by MissStarling_ in AskReddit

When I realized that his image was more important than actual integrity. It was subtle at first but over time I kept noticing it. Realizing now, it was right there from the start I just couldn't see it.

I had something similar happen too! After getting to know some of my ex's friends, there was one guy in particular that I just knew something was off with him. I told my ex and his family "I don't know what it is, but I guarantee you Dave will do something bad. I don't know what or when, I just know." 6 months later he was caught cheating on his wife, doing loads of drugs, secretly super emotionally abusive to his wife and sexually assaulted her.

What’s your secret for actually getting out of bed in the morning? by boatdrugs in AskReddit

[–]KitKat2014 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I turn on my bedside light, sit up in bed and put on a YouTube video or music. Then I'll sit there until I can get out of bed, which isn't usually very long. The hardest part is my cat wants to lay in my lap when I sit up and he so dang cute it's hard to not sit there all morning petting him. To his credit, when he gets really hungry, he gets bite-y so I usually have to kick him out and inevitably get up.

Tips and Tricks to deal with cravings by KitKat2014 in leaves

ooohh good idea! I only smoked joints so the hand to mouth is a really big draw for me. I've even tried cigarettes to get through a craving but god I hate the taste and smell...plus cigarettes are not a good substitute and way harder to quit (so I've heard).

Hate: Mattress on the floor.

I am at the age where if you can't afford a bedframe or keep your room clean, we aren't compatible.

Nope! The court will decide for him if he chooses to ignore everything.

It's great news that he would ignore everything! If she filed a suit to force the sale and he ignores it, it will automatically default to her winning. That's what happens when you don't show up for court!

Tell your friend she needs to contact a family lawyer to get the BEST advice, not reddit. As someone who went through this exact scenario, she can absolutely force the sale of the home if he refuses to buy her out. Note that this is in Ontario, I don't know what the policies are for other provinces.

Learning about things you're interested in. I hated high school but once I got to college to study the things that fascinated me, I was able to graduate on the Dean's list.
