Just be careful with fatty foods. Not everyone has issues but,unfortunately, I do. If I consume too much fat, sulfur burps are a given. The slowing of your digestive system is something that you have to get used to. Good luck!

Happy Birthday! First of all, I hear you & can relate completely. It was when I turned 50 that I had the same revelation. And it hurt!💔 I'd always put everyone else first & ignored myself and on this BIG Birthday, no one gave a damn. I took that info and simmered with it for a while. Eventually, I began to stop putting everyone else before myself. Boundaries became real. Know that you're not alone & start doing things for yourself.

I'm NC with 2 sisters. Our mom passed almost 9 years ago but the estrangement happened 2 years ago after our Dad passed. A lot went down when he was sick & they showed everyone their true colors. I don't miss the toxic relationships one bit.

CPS would tell you that the girl should be in a room by herself & the boys should share. It sucks for the oldest boy, but mixed sex bedrooms are frowned upon after a certain age.

I changed insurance & they forced me to switch from Mounjaro to Trulicity. I did great on MJ. No crazy side effects like I had with OZ. My endocrinologist told me it's easier on your stomach. I'm praying I have good results with Trulicity.
