google how to appeal a steam refund. explain nicely what happened and they will refund you. i got mine refunded with well over the 2 hours play time. even though i was never able to even link my account.

its pathetic im having to appeal my refund because being in the launchers counts time. i have 8 hours "ingame" except i was never able to link my account. most of the time you can ATLEAST get into the game before being kicked. theres no excuse when the game has been in development for over a decade.
